So there is an option to get a proffesion to max.
For 10 more coins you can get all recipies with that deal...
Is there any way just to get all recipies, for less than 40 coins?

There is no such option for coins. If you want to get them cheaper, your only options are obtaining them in game yourself or buying some specific recipes for coins on websites store.
