Site Banned for "Advertisement", probably because of VPN Usage

Hi

As soon as i had made my account, it got banned for "Advertisement". I thought the ban probably would be lifted soon and that it probably was because i was using a VPN. I use Astrill VPN and an american VPN location. Now that i need dual spec, i would need to use my account here on the page(i have always been able to log into my account and play). It's a IP ban by the way.

I can not make a ticket for a ban appeal. it says:

"Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising."

So I would really need some help. Thanks in advance.

Send an email to [email protected]. If you keep using that VPN, you will just get banned again. If you want to play while using a VPN, you will have to get one that gives you a dedicated IP address.

If it's an IP ban you need to change address, but the entire provider is probably banned. Don't use a VPN.
