Introduction: <Joy Division> is an American / English speaking, social progressive raiding guild, what does this mean? it means that we take the content that we can, on the path to Light of Dawn & that we maintain a structured raiding schedule less for the purples & more for a good time, a guild where you won't be kicked for one mistake & that hopefully you can find some like minded individuals in.

RAID RULES:
1)Deadly Boss Mods, Omen and Discord
2 Potions and flasks for the entire raid - fish is provided.
3)Stay until end of raid time 2-6 ST
4)Raid invites go out 1:45 ST sign ups get priority
5) Respect the raid - if you have to brb/afk - let us know
6) Respect the guild - use the calendar / attendance channels.
7) Know the fights.
Loot System: DKP
10 DKP per kill
10 DKP per hour
minimum bid = 10
Single Silent Bid. (whispered)
Standbys receive full DKP as long as you remain available.
Trial -> Member = 500 dkp total
Member -> Raider = 1500dkp total
Raider -> Core = 4000dkp total.
Raider -> "Veteran" = Exemplar of your class in at least two spec's, near perfect attendance.
Champion -> Sub-Officers, raid leaders, class leaders. promoted to this rank if you go above & beyond to serve the guild.

Guild Recruitment: First & Foremost, we prefer any multi-role class to be able, or willing to gear for their alternative role(s) while not a hard requirement, flexibility is better for everyone.
Our raid requirements are ~5k fully gemmed & enchanted - this is attainable for all classes via triumph grinding / non-saronite boe's - though this is easier for mail & plate wearers, we will consider ~4.8 cloth & leather wearers if gemmed & enchanted.
