Technical Cant recustomize my character after purchase

Hey,

yesterday i donated for 10coins to buy a character recustomization for my warrior on lordearon.
Now everytime i try to log in the changed look/gender (dont even want to change my name) it says "Customazation could not be done" and sets it back.

I already opened a ticket in game but i havent received a replie until yet so i try to reach out for any support with this forum thread.

do you have client with WoD models? Maybe you picked an hair style from those new models.
Just pick a different hair style ( you will be able to change it again at any barber shop)
