Debuff tracking add-on

Hello there.
I'm looking for a simple add-on, which can track mine debuffs on a target, e.g. living bomb and scorch, not in a tidy plates fashion, above the target's head, but more like how TellMeWhen tracks cooldowns. I mean it would be great, if I have just 2 icons in the middle of the screen or something like that. Any advice?
