So what happened on August 17, 2020 ? Beginning on that post, the recruitment changed to allowing "exceptional players only" lol. Anyway, I don't play anymore but congrats on the guild and all the progress is do have made. You do more guild advertisement in game right? Because most people don't do forums. But you should be less strict on the recruitment of active forum users and talkative (polite) members. Three two groups really give a sense of community. I knew a retail raiding guild in vanilla that was second in the server, had everything in farming status. I was totally jealous of their sham with sulfurus lol. Anyway , a guy I knew, the sham lol was in the guild (so was I) Long time member, but only a member. Not that great of a player even. But three months after he went to the military, this guild disbanded. He chatted non stop. But in a way that pulled people into the chats and made them immediately feel like the most important contributor to the conversation. As an introvert, I sat back and thoroughly enjoyed the kind yet genius manipulation that I still believe was intentional lol. You likely already have community. But it include exceptional people in your recruitment list as well as the the exceptional players.. And ladies, lots and lots of ladies. Hormones will keep the community alive. You know it's true lol

I don't even know how to reply. So you've never played this guild and have no idea what's going on here, but trying to give some tips on how to manage the guild... ok... Thanks for your time.
