How is that so you can't have your tele mg spell yet in your spellbook, but you can take quests for MG? I've tried abandoning quests re-taking, alt f4 log out doesn't seem to help?

Because you learn it when doing Druid quests which you clearly haven't done?

I was questing in Mulgore as a druid till lvl 13 I suppose and I went to TB to train + weapon train and I didn't receive the spell yet. I tried at lvl 16, still same.

I got a dudu as well on ally side low lvl, could this be a problem? :o I still don't get it, this spell must be available any time.

You get the spell at lvl 10 from the trainer in TB or Mulgore that Tp's you to Moonglade to learn bear form.
So if you already have bear From then you should have the spell in you book.
