Server population issue

So why is this realm not promoted or worked on anymore?
I know its dead right now because everyone left long time ago cuz of some buggy issues.
But i think it has a great chance to be restored if it was promoted its a shame there's 5-6 people online only per faction.

There is just no point investing time on something which will die in matter of time. Changed 4-5 MoP servers during last few years. Some of them were PERFECTLY scripted for both PvE and PvP. 3v3 ladders top 50 from 2.7 @ #50 up to 3.1+ #1, 2v2 up to 3600+, but guess what..they died in matter of year/year and something as well.
Gearing on MoP is easy also fast and pets/mounts/achievements being account-bound makes you get bored faster than grinding different characters on the wheelchair expansion. MoP's not meant to be long-timer, except if it's custom with additional goals from time to time and exclusive content from newer expansions or own.
Also the profit would be quite miserable compared to wotlk.
