WotLK Technical Problem : Frequent Freeze and Disconnect

My english is a bit bad.
Recently i have this problem where i would just play and then my game freezes and disconnects me. By freeze i mean that i can still move and animations still work, but i wont be able to attack anyone, nor any spells will work when i freeze and then 10 seconds later i disconnect.

ex. Playing a shaman currently and i was fighting a lost barrens kodo. When the freeze happened, the kodo just stood in place and if i move around him he would just look at me, but wont attack or come closer to attack. If i tried using for an example rockbiter weapon and the cooldown was 25mins, it wouldnt change no matter how many times i used the spell.

It happened in Barrens (in other areas like loch modan and westfall this happened probably once every week but it wasnt much of a problem) and i do have a low spec pc but i had an even worse laptop and it never froze and disconnect me while playing.

Edit: It was my router, we had it replaced and now i haven't been disconnected.
