Annoying ppl at vendors

some guys with a giant mount at vendors dont let the ppl buy gear, gems or enchants. i have photograps but i dont know how to submit

It's not bannable acording to the rules, the only time i remmeber it beeing is if someones blocking Dalaran portals.
