[ANSWERED][FROSTMOURNE] Faction Change

Hello!

I'm currently under the assumption that faction changing is not currently possible.
I have a couple of questions about this:

A) Why is this currently the case? Is there a balancing reason behind this or moreso has it just not been implemented (perhaps an oversight?)
B) Will this be possible in the near future via voting points or coins?

The reason I ask this is because an old guild of buddies have recently found out I play and they are on the horde. At the time of launch for the new seasonal server they had no intentions to play and so I presumed they weren't playing, as I hadn't heard or communicated with them. A few days later, the guild has decided to play on this server and they are on the horde. I wish to play/raid with them again for various reasons, mainly due to it being a while that I have played with them and it'd be nice to see them all again, but I do not wish to level a new character since I have nearly acquired my character's best in slot as well as a moderate sum of gold through farming (10k+). I'd more than happily donate to have my character FC'ed.
