It's pretty eratic and randomly kicks people with high latency because of that really fun false positive. You know which one I'm talking about. Alot of the players there are from foreign countries and experience "issues" with the server disconnecting them because of their high latency. Please consider this, because it also affects players who modify their clients to run at low FPS values.
