Suggestion while restoring bugs and helping tickets

Please, restore bugs while a player is in game if the server does it while the player is off game. It's better because we don't have to wait off game. Just keep the facility of restoring bugs that the server does it while a player is in game or off game.

I kinda wonder what you want to suggest? That Devs should do live hotfixes with running servers? Hell no. A small downtime every once in a while to apply bugfixes won't hurt anyway and makes life much easier for em - if the stuff they're fixing is even fixable with running servers at all.

About tickets: GMs do help tickets ingame with players online anyway. If they did not have to answer 95% garbage that players could fix themselves/GMs aren't supposed to fix i'm pretty certain things would go a lot faster there too.

Bug reports are tracked and submitted on the bugtracker here on the website: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker
Bugs aren't fixed instantly as you seem to think. If you found a bug it's just best to report it and move on.

You never report bugs in-game via ticket. Bugtracker reports get fixed and not nearly as fast as you think.
