So i got 2 charac with 2000+ achiv but why does when i claim my points it give me only 0.3

it only counts unique achi's. having the same achi's on 2 characters doesn't count. it also sounds like you were banned at some point within the last year so you lost the 0.5 points you get for having an account within good standing.
