I have never in my life advertised, why i am banned without any reason? Can i have evidence?

Evidence is never given because you might find a way around it and prevent people from reporting you. Advertising bans are mostly straightforward - you either advertised some services irl, mentioned other servers etc.
Such bans are common if you use VPN.
You can open a ban appeal if you think you are innocent.

I just restart my internet because i have a dynamic ip and I was able to connect IG but on the website It still say that I am banned for 9 years? i'm 100% sure i'm innocent and i'm not using VPN

Considering the way public IP works on most of the ISPs, IP bans always felt weird for me.
Like, can you get IP banned because someone with the same ISP who got the same public IP as you did some offense?
