[ANSWERED]Need help with missing items!

Hi there,
I recently started playing again & was looking forward to leveling my druid. I went looking for all my cloth BOA gear + Staff to send over & I cant seem to find the leveling gear that I purchased from the store :( I have record of the purchase but cannot find any of the gear on any of my characters.
I sent in a support ticket, But it has yet to be answered.

I would greatly appreciate some help!
