Hello guys,i canceled trading my rogue from site,then i loged my main bought Woodin Neck for him,afther that i sent him that neck and 5k gold.loged on my alt and theres no mail..i canceled another trading char from site do same and its worked..so wheres my mail gone? I typed correctly name and everything..idk what happen..can someone resolve problem?

You may try by opening an ingame ticket and checking what will they say. However, I believe, no support is offered for such cases.
