WotLK Can't find the vendor in Dalaran who can exchange my Conquest token

Hello there,

So I got my conquest chest token in Frostmourne but can't find where to exchange it. Before the update vendor was at clothier but now I can find only exchange for Valor tokens no more conquest tokens. Where it is gone?
