Where will the characters be migrated when I have a full list of 80s on Icecrown?

They will but you will have to delete one of your characters to be able to see/use the migrated character.

No, doubt this is the case. A staff member said, you'll be able to get your FM character to IC, even if you already have 10 characters on IC.

I transferred my Outland char to a full IC account and I couldn't see it until I deleted one of my IC chars.
