WotLK Help, just came back

Hi guys, anyone knows what should I do coz I can't log into the game since I just came back after not playing this game for more than 3 years. I am stuck in the loading screen, my character names have been removed but as I try to log in my characters after renaming them, I am still stuck in the loading screen then I'd just get logged off. Anyone knows there's an update I have to download first, etc. for me to do first before logging in? I am in WotLK, Icecrown. Thanks in advance!

Try unstucking the characters via website and then deleting cache and WTF folders.
