UI disappears and low fps

i have tried deleting cache.
so far ive seen this bug at isle of conquest zul darak darnasus argent ground and other places, does anyone know what is causing it

That happens to me very rarely. The solution is to resize the window (doesn't work if you are in full screen, of course...)

This might work also (I haven't tried it): type /console gxrestart — Since you can't type with no UI you might want to put it in a macro and bind it to a key.
