My characters from account are deleted (all of them) which I had, I didn't play Wow 2 years, is there any chance to restore it back?

Did you check in-game or only on the website?

Only at website

then check in-game with a MoP client.
You can not see your characters If they have been flagged for a rename due to inactivity (and you can set a new name only with a client)
