the REP ring for Ashen band

Dear GMs
i boght a character(Lastdark) via warmane trade and now the char dont have the ashen verdict rep ring and the rep is exalted and i can not grind the rep ingame.
i wrote a ticket ingmae and after 4 day the answer was : " the ticket is closed due to it being fixed and something about they talked to me about it". i was not contacted in any way and i stil dont have the ring and no way of geting it ingame.
i dont want to pay some 23 coin for a rep ring i know u can do that. its king of like taking that item hostage til i pay for it !

i did and it seems it wil take another 4-5 days til they answer the new ticket

What they did is reset the questline in ICC.

You need to enter ICC and talk to Ormus the Penitent,
which will then reward the ring like he should.
