How to activate guild tabs?

I have created New guild, but cannot activate guild bank tabs, can someone please help me?

When you click on guild tabs at a guild vault it will offer you to buy them for X amount of gold. Make sure to set privileges to guild ranks on who can and who can't access it.

Do it with character that have guild master rank or quartermaster. Check guild vault settings

I am the guild master of my guild! But guild tabs are unavailable!
