Take this week for example: It was Instructor Razuvious Must Die! and it just reset and is now Noth, both are in Naxx and people are making the runs with ID this week from killing Instructor Razuvious

But if you also did the Instructor Razuvious Must Die! this week you cannot join their run because you have different raid IDs.
