WotLK Skills Training: I can't learn anything (BUG)

Hey guys!

Basically I can't learn the first or next stages of a profession, or a new skill in the class (also includes your next rank)
It all started when I tried to upgrade from Jewelcrafting Journeyman to Jewelcrafting Expert, I was surprised that the EXPERT rank was not listed in the profession coach.
Okay, I tried to relog and nothing happened.
I tried to learn new skills, secondary professions and the first basic apprentice option didn't appear to me.
The most worrying thing is that I tried to get into another character from the same account and the same thing happened!
I couldn't level up skills or learn anything!

I play in the WotLK version (Not old).

PLEASE! HELP ME! I believe that the game does not make sense if this is happening!
If any administrator reads this, I am desperate! I don't want to lose my account!
