Weird stuttering issue.

Hi, first of all, my pc isn't made out of wood...
Specs being i5-7500, rtx2080, 32gb ram, both OS and wow are on separate samsung ssd. So I highly doubt it's a lack of resources in the system.

For the issue, whenever I move around dalaran or even flying throughout dragonblight and so on I get around 20-40fps, totally unacceptable, yet when I press in and hold the right mouse button it's instant back to max fps which is weird, I never had this issue before of all my 10 years.
Task manager says wow consumes 30% cpu 1gb ram and 25%gpu for additional info.

Anyone had anything similar or got any suggestions?

Same happening to me last 2days so you are not alone with this.

It's a 10-year-old game. It does not know how to utilize such resources properly. Best you can do is apply Large Address Aware(from techpowerup) to the wow.exe.
