Extra ActionBar like RingMenu

Hello,

I need an addon like RingMenu that opens an extra Action Bar like RingMenu for WoW Classic - when you press a hotkey or you click a button.

I remember very well I used such an addon on TBC or Vanilla, I just can't remember the name.
It was opening an extra circular ActionBar in the middle of the screen.

I need it for my mage so I can put all the teleport and portal spells on it

Maybe something like OPie? Haven't used it before but it sounds like what you're looking for with the radial menu
