Feral Cat Weak Aura
Hello, I would like to share with you a WeakAura I worked on for some weeks now. The original WA comes from Tzaum1, he shared his work here some months ago. But since his WA is dedicated to bear druids, I wanted to make it suited for cats. You can still find lots of information in his thread, lots of auras are still present in this WA and I tried to preserve his work the best I could. I encourage you to support him and show appreciation because this WA is only an update for feral DPS.
Pre-Requisites
WeakAuras-Wotlk 4.0 or higher
This UI does not work with older versions of Weak Auras. Please make sure you have at least version 4.0.
If you do not have it, check for Bunny67’s Weak Aura 2 Github repository. You can find it here.
Features
- Basic CD/Combo point/energy/bleed/buff tracking
- Glowing reminder for expiring main buffs/debuffs
- Rip shred refresh counter
- Rip bleedpower : the potential of a new rip compared to the applied one
- Mangle debuff tracking compatible with bear mangle and warrior's trauma
- Target threat meter
- Externals : Hysteria/Salv/ToT/Innervate reminder/Fearie Fire reminder/etc...
- Lacerate/Enrage CD tracker when in cat form for bearweaving
- Energy is shown even when in other forms
- Basic Bear ability tracking

Notes
I’m a cat player from Lordaeron currently farming ICC25 8HC/RS25HC and I’ve been playing WoW since TBC on retail for many years. I hope these updated WA’s for feral DPS will help you track better your spells and make you progress in this specialization.
These auras will continue to be updated, if you have ideas, critics or questions please feel free to ask here, on Wago, or on ElvUI - Backport Discord which has a great and helpful community.
Again I want to show appreciation for what Tzaum1 has done, I hope that this can be considered as a tribute to his work.

Main WA group
- Added custom option for Shred Glyph counter, default at yes
- Rip Power: This is intended for cats that want to track the power of the potential Rip compared to the current Rip. It takes into consideration all de auras present on you and the debuffs present on the target to calculate the percentage of this ratio.
- Added WA called “Rip Power”
- Added custom option for Rip Power, default at no.
- Added basic bear auras
- Added Shred tick on energy

- Added new PvP oriented WAs for:
- Charge (bear/cat form, only in arena/BG/WG)

Hey bud. Can u change the combo points to look more like a bar rather than points? In combat I actually spend some milliseconds to ensure that the rip will have 5 cp and not 4 points since the colour variation isn’t significant for the 4th and 5th point :p

Its really nice though you can improve two things.
1st, rip doesnt show counter for its extended duration, you can add that. (Like 3 times extended by shred, it shows the extended duration but not how many times it was extended already by shred.)
2nd is more of a user problem as timers from skills conflicts with omnicc addon (like 2x 5seconds.).
These are just suggestions of what to improve, great job anyway.

Thanks for your feedback, the Glyph of Rip effect is tricky but it is in my todo list since always ahah, I'm sure I'll manage something soon !
For OmniCC, it has been a problem forever, you can:
- disable the text on each aura or
- In OmniCC you could create a group called "Blacklist", disable the Enable cooldown text setting for that group, and then assign any cooldown you don't want to display cooldown text for : https://github.com/tullamods/OmniCC/...-are-Groups%3F

I'm playing less WoW now but I added http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/spell=54818 behaviour into the Rip aura:
Features:
- The counter starts at 3
- The counter keeps track of different targets
- Each time you shred on the target the counter decreases
- When you reapply Rip the counter comes back to 3
- The counter is active only with http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=40902 and in cat form
To update your aura go to https://wago.io/bxPN28n8m and copy the [WotLK]Cat Main import string into WoW as explained on wago website, when doing so you can update your existing aura:
Let me know if you find bugs or other suggestions.

While levelling it is almost useless sure but as 80 feral cat in any raid you can do great dps (7/8k) at 5k GS which is already very good. But you have to understand the interaction of each spell with each other to excel and this WA (or similar) is here to help.

Other languages
Hello,
this is a really great addon. I did extra create an account hear to post a comment :). Until now i did only use Poweraura to track my cat rotations.
Is there perhaps a possibility to tweak the addon a little so that is working with other languages also? I play on a German realm and some of the imports sadly
break because the name is in the aura instead of the spell or item id (For example Ravage works because it was created with the spell id but Savage roar had to be renamed to the germane equivalent to work for me) . I was able to fix a few for me but i am new to weakaura and did surely miss most of the bonus features ^^
