Oooooohhhhh! I didn't realise, sorry! I'll go grab that now, thank you! ^_~ /
Also, you can check this link for optional redesign (Boneless undead and Face Change Draenei)

it's a beautiful patch, just a bug, i can't see the zone names, any fix ?? (sorry if my english is not the best, i'm from argentina :3 )
So this is currently the end all be all? Nothing from First Post needed?

Yes, one patch contains everything. In the future, I still want to work on suitable equivalents for old trees across the world... And yes, there can be probably some bugs, so I also want to work on them. But in this moment this patch works fine as that collection of patches from first post.
patch-N.MPQ - Classic & TBC Dungeon Maps
this makes addon ROUTES not work all and GatherMate shows bunch of errors.... can you somehow fix it??

I understand that and I would agree, I don't care about what's under their skirts, Problems arise when you just sit though, as half your body is invisible under there. I noticed it only when my draenei was sitting but if that's not a bug then I'll just go with it.
Is it possible to have both the Patch-W (HD Lava/Slime) AND the HD Procedural water active at the same time? As much as I try I can't make both work, it's either one or the other
I added the procedural water to the page, due to some feedback. I can't make it work either, which is why it's listed on its own. :)
See some comments above.
Thanks for your answer! Is it a technical limitation of some sort? What exactly happens between water/slime/lava that that makes the patches conflict?
I'm having the same issue but I think changing the game client language to english might solve it. I will test it out later.
Some fbelf hairstyles are broken, they're missing most hair colors which causes hair to look like this:

(this is easy to check by going to char creator, setting hair color to black for example and switching hair, there's like 2 hairstyles that are missing hair colors)
This is patch-H 's fault as it seems to be taken from 'Leeviathan's WoD Character Models'(his older version didnt have this problem).
Big shame, since i main belf with the exact hairstyle that's broken.
Can probably be fixed in mpq editor, but I've no idea how to do that.
UPDATE for people that face similar issue: I've fixed this by playing with loadorder a bit -- renamed from patch-H to patch-B, so far so good, will update if it will cause any trouble.
