There's 5 different download locations for it. Anyways, it's a ~23GB patch file that's gonna probably make Dalaran a no-go zone for you if you apply it.
It's sad really, the upscale is so freaking nice, yet the client is so garbage with hardware allocation it can't keep itself from erroring out in Dalaran...

I removed the "patch-8.MPQ" and it stopped crashing on Dalaran. It still has some improved textures and the new mounts so, works fine so far.

So I installed everything from the torrent into a fresh install of 3.3.5a
Any idea why my blood splatters and spells looks like this?

Just installed (copy-pasted) the torrent and it works so far.
The reshader-part of this is complete bull**** though so here's how to actually get custom shaders:
Download the files linked in this youtube vid:

Install the LATEST version of Reshader. USE DIRECTX 9 ---- Do NOT use opengl, that is complete bull**** and it won't work.
Use the files provided from the youtube vid.
(The youtube guy recommends some paywalled **** but that's not needed).
The lut 2.png needs to be put in the textures folder, it's all in the screenshots he provides.
Then just change the settings of the reshader to your liking (the adaptivefog shader was **** for me before i changed it).
And there you go. You are welcome guys.

I used the All-in-one but the patch-X.MPQ - HD Trees & Flowers doesn't seem to be working, I even tried to download it separately and apply it again. Anything else I can try to enable or fix it?

This version is so nice too look at but has constant crashes In dalaran during peak played times. Tried both NTcore and large address aware and still get memory crashes.
Only solution is to crank view distance down to zero but then looks pretty bad and outside dalaran is not required
