Asking if Fire Blast is part of the TTW Mage rotation?

You know, the instant cast spell, though shares a GCD. Should you cast it every 8 seconds as part of your rotation and is it a dps increase/loss at the end game?

use it only when u need to move"while moveing"

1. Generally, using Fire Blast in your active rotation = DPS loss.
2. Even while moving, you want to prioritize using Hotstreak or Living Bomb (assuming the enemy doesn't already have an LB on them ofc).
3. If you have to move, have no Hotstreak and the enemy still has an active Living Bomb, then yes Fire Blast is the spell to go for.
