Can someone explain why this happens? Is the rdf algorithm broken? Have seen faster queues on lower pop servers, just wondering what's wrong here when one have to wait 30+ minutes to get to dungeon on lvl 80.

imagine a high pop server which has 100 rdf parties waiting for a tank to join. so, play tank. Instant queue at any hour
