Training Dummies on Twink Island

Hey everyone.

we should get some training dummies on the twink island. Those are really missing right now. Training dummies scaled to lvl 19 are the only and best way to push the limits off twinking. Testing enchants, talents and builds to improve dps is an important part of twinking.

Those dummies could be placed somewhere at the edge of the camp, or outside in an mob cleared area.
Its an easy implementation that would really improve the gaming experience on Blackrock.
