Curious question I have. I hate the tree form restro druid model while playing. is there a way to change files so whenever i go tree form i apprear is as noggenfogger skeleton or something? If so, how?

Yeah you can, I would recommend downloading the legion models for 3.3.5 the resto tree looks amasing there.
