No anti cheat / anti script?

I have been watching some arena streams and this streamers opponent was obviously kicking every cast at 0.1

Wasnt even trying to hide it or anything

Everybody was pointing it out how blatantly obvious it was

This person was also fully geared so I can imagine he got away with it for some time

Also I was watching a less popular streamer and when he was out of LoS and pressing his abilities his characters hands were repeatedly glowing non-stop as if he was pressing his keybinds really fast consistently (AHK)

It is so obvious and people are playing with it on their livestreams

There is no anti cheat or "anti script" for these things?

People are using hacks aswell, few months ago we got mc ed and got frozen on spot on air (prolly some kind of movement speed hack, dunno.)
