Technical How to recover my old account.

Hi Guys,
im an old icecrown player that has returned, but i'm having trouble to recover my old account.
The problem is the 2factor authenticator, i changed phone and the google authenticator doesn't have anymore the warmane code generator.
How can i recover it? anyone of the staff that can pls help?

Meanwhile i made a new one to play on frostmourne season1.

Problem is, i probably don't have the account on the mail i used that time..
