1. Healweapon+Shield - Damage

    I see a lot of Ret Paladins use Heal Weapon and Shield in PvP.
    I made a char on Blackrock to test it out.

    With all procs Judgement does 9k Damage.
    With procs i have 3k+ Spellpower and Flashheal heals for 8k+.
    Weapon Speed is 1.6 so Seal of Vengeance stacks up super fast.
    In Bgs i am basically unkillable by any single player.
    Warriors with start gear on Blackrock cant even take 15% of my health.

    I dont remember anyone playing like this on retail.
    And i have never seen videos from 2010 in which any Paladin played like this.
    Is this a privat server thing?

  2. Retail never had the time to fully min-max the classes. Most paladins nowadays have macros to swap to a 1H + Shield for during their opponents' cooldowns / to stall until their own cooldowns are available again. Seal of Vengeance for damage; Seal of Light for recovery. It's essentially the paladin's "Defensive Stance".

  3. As said above, retail never had the time to reach the min-max meta. They would have balanced these op stuff otherwise.
