Issue with Echoes of Tortured Souls

I need help from anyone, player or admin.
I've Completed FoS 2 times (achievement unlocked) but my quest didn't actually finish.
I abandoned the quest and re did it once more, still nothing.
If anyone could help I'd gladly appreciate.
I opened a ticked yesterday, but still no response.

Might be pretty stupid question, but did you click on quest item in your bag near that cauldron?
