Technical HELP! No account recovery mail

Hi i tried to log in back into my acc *******e to play with my char and i used one old password from account recovery bcs i didnt remember the current one, it prompted me that the password was expired and they sent me the new pass token to may email, and im not receiving any email to my inbox and i cant log in, so im stuck, my email is *******[email protected], so yeah the problem is that im not receiving any email from the website, maybe im bugged or something.

PD: i had this problem years ago but forgot to ask with this acc for some reason.

Remove your account info from the post, then send an e-mail to [email protected] with your issue and all the proof you have that you own the account.
