character migration not visible in icecrown server from froustmourne season 1

hi there,

i completed the character migration via services tab in warmane account settings. two of my characters transferred nicely, and two are disappeared. on warmane, it show them on icecrown server. inside client, they dont exist.

please direct me to solution

You have to use the Barracks feature if you have 10 characters on the account.
