Level 60 Naxx?

I noticed that the attunement quest for Naxx 40 is in the game along with the quest that unlocks the T3 quests and the portal animation where the entrance used to be. Are there any plans for adding lvl 60 Naxx to Icecrown? It would be awesome for the Twink communities and the transmog scene, especially if it were tuned as a 10 or 25 man lvl 60 raid.

Naxx has a requirement quest, not an attunement. It was left in the game by blizz also without any other implication. It was not left by Warmane with some other purpose , it was just there because wotlk code, and considering they do not alter the game in any major way I highly doubt you'll see naxx 40.
