WotLK Rare Mobs (Arcturis)/Frostmourne

Greetings my fellow Hunters,

During the last days, i have been trying to tame Arcturis with no success. I know Arcturis is one of the hardest pet to tame due to the proximity of the town. He can easily be killed by randoms. But I have talked with a couple of hunters on Frostmourne who tracked him on the first season of Frostmourn. And none has seen him. I was wondering if any of you ever saw him on the previous season ? I have checked on wowhead and it says Arcturis has been added in patch 3.3.0.10772. So it should be live ?

I'm also trying to get Arcturis. I wasn't playing on s1, but on s2 I have never seen him even as hunter pet. I asked GM if he isn't somehow bugged and they told me there's nothing unusual so he should spawn i would say. If the patch would be the case then Skoll wouldn't be up too, because he was added with ToC patch, but Skoll normally spawns. Arcturis is like a big mystery on this realm.
