Raid and loot rules that Pug Lords abide by. You can expect these rules implemented and followed in any run hosted by one of us. Rules are broken down into Raid rules, Loot rules, and GDKP rules. The raid rules apply to any raid we host and loot / gdkp rules differ depending on the loot method of the raid, 90% of the time it will be normal loot rules and we will say if it is otherwise.

--- Raiding rules ---

1. Don’t be a jerk. Flaming people will not be tolerated and will get you kicked.

2. Changing main specs are available and will be announced before the first boss with loot. Some exceptions on loot apply, see below.

3. DO NOT AFK. If you afk and we can reasonably kill the boss without your assistance we will and you will be loot banned for that boss. We will have a break about every hour and a half wait until then.

4. Use your cooldowns when asked. I may call on you to use a specific CD your class offers and you are expected to use it at that point in time. Refusal to use your CDs will get you loot banned and repeated refusal will get you replaced.

5. Do not roll on gear you don't need. Rolling items for someone else, or selling items that you win, will get you blacklisted immediately.

6. If you are unsure about mechanics, ASK! Messing up mechanics will result in a loot ban for that boss. Repeating the same mistake twice will get you loot banned from all gear and kicked out of the raid.

7. If you leave after getting loot banned, or after an item is rolled, you will IMMEDIATELY get blacklisted.

8. No ninja/pre pulling. The first ninja pull will result in a loot ban for that boss. The second ninja pull will result in a loot ban for all items and a kick.

9. Have time for the given raid. ICC requires 3 HOURS from the first boss pull. RS 25 HC requires 2 HOURS from start. Leaving/Disconnecting mid raid gets you blacklisted.

10. Showing up late to a scheduled raid will get you loot banned from trinkets and heroic marks and no showing will get you excluded from raids for 2 weeks. Invites are sent 20 minutes before the scheduled raid time, if you are not in the group 15 minutes before the scheduled raid time you are considered late.

Blacklisted = you are ignored and not allowed into any future raids by the Pug Lord that banned you, this will be on #blacklisted permanently.

--- Loot Rules ---

Loot will be rolled for Main Spec (MS) first and then Off Spec (OS).

Gear goes to the class and spec that items are Best In Slot (BIS) for following MS>OS priority.

BIS MS > I can use this for MS > BIS OS.

Exceptions: Sindy tank trinket will be rolled by the raid's current tanks first before it goes to anyone who changed their MS to tank. DBW is not rollable by rets or enha shamans. Hunters have priority on guns, bows & crossbows. CTS will not be rollable by paladins. STS nm will not be rollable by retris or enha shamans, however, they can roll on the heroic version. Items with the same stats and a different proficiency will first be rolled by the classes that don't have a better option. Examples: RS 25 cloth/leather caster bracers, ICC 25 mail/plate caster bracers, spindle/shield.

Loot will never be rolled on a break.

Loot will be rolled while pulling trash and while waiting for BL cd. I am not your gear babysitter, if you miss your chance to roll that is on you. Should the roll result in a tie the two winners will Death Roll.

If the item rolled is deemed not an upgrade it will go to the next highest roller. Reference this do to understand loot distribution.

1 heroic mark per person per raid.

BOE gear will be rolled for MS only.

If Fragments of Valanyr/Shadowfrost shards are not reserved they will go to the person who has the most in the raid group. If there is a tie, the first will be rolled for and shards will be given every other to the tied people till the end of the raid.

Primos are reserved for the lead/assistant(s) for the effort of forming the group. However, flasks will be awarded to players for exceptional feats within the raid.

If at any point in the raid you fail to perform basic duties you may be banned from loot for a boss or the entire raid, whichever lead deems fit. Examples: not buffing, no rebirth, slow rebirth, no DI/hop/hof, no fear ward/pain supp/hymn, not listening in discord, etc.

--- GDKP rules ---

GDKP = Items sold to the highest bidder and total gold is split to between every member.

If the starting bid is not met then the items will be rolled for.

Bidding:
Starting bid for mounts is 10k gold and minimum bid increases are 100g.
Starting bid for other items that are not mounts is 100g and minimum bid increases are 1g.

All bids will be announced in Raid chat and bids cannot be retracted once made. All bids must follow minimum bid and incremental bid rules.

Winning bids must be paid to the Raid Leader immediately after winning the auction. Players will not be allowed to leave, or log to alternate characters to transfer funds after the start of the raid. Players unable to pay for winning bids due to lack of funds will automatically lose the item to the next highest bidder, will not receive their portion of the gold pot, and will not be allowed into future gdkp runs.

To avoid unnecessary inflation of items when the bidding is between two people I may stop the bidding momentarily to check each person's gold in a trade window that they are willing to bid before resuming.

Getting paid.

DO NOT TRADE THE RAID LEADER... I will trade you.

Gold from the winning bid is split evenly so that every raider gets 1/25 of the gold from the total gold. Example: mount sells for 25k gold then each person will receive 1k gold, even the person who won mount.

For single boss runs, dying to mechanics on the kill pull will reduce your individual portion of the overall gold by 75%... so if your individual portion of the gold is 1000g but you died then you would receive 250g. You inadvertently donate the rest of your portion to the Raid Leader for dying, thanks in advance.

If at any point in the raid you fail to perform basic duties you may be banned from your portion of the loot or the mount, whichever the lead deems fit. Any player that leaves the raid early will not be awarded their share of the gold.
