Shaman removed the totem from bag

I cleaned my backpack and removed my totem, I can't put them down now. I'm lvl 80 and play icecrown , what,s nie? Please help

You can play some dungeons or BGs and get a new totem for emblems/honor. Alternatively, if you find uncomfortable playing lvl 80 content without totems, you can find those NPCs in Grizzly Hills:

Just do some low level "PvP" daily quests and you can buy blue totem for lvl 74. It's kinda crappy but at least you'll be able to use totems.
