WotLK Mistake with coins purchace (Spectral tiger) instead of (Swift Spectral tiger)

I accidentally purchased a (Spectral tiger) with coins, i was meant to buy (Swift Spectral tiger)
I opened a in game ticket almost a week ago now.
If anyone can help me with this thank you, i just would like to correct this

Since it has already been a week, you won't be able to select Item Misbuy as ticket type so you can select General Enquiry instead.

How do i choose ticket type? Where is that option? ... EDIT sorry i didn't understand at first.... i have made ticket now
