can't connect to MOP expansion

i have downloaded mop expansion from your site today, and when i put the username and password
it's still on "Connecting"
no rejection, not connecting, just stuck at "connecting"

kindly let me know what's the problem

it's my kaspersky ...
i added the game to "firewall allowed"
