Could be considered ninjaing or AFKing in random dungeon. Definitely bannable

Yes it's bannable, make a ticket about it (with printscreens of what he's saying) refusing to do RDF (even ask for a kick to avoid deserter) will get you banned for AFK in Dungeon. He can just leave, if he dosen't leave then it becomes bannable.

PS: Even if 3 guys sais "Ok np you can roll for dps items" but the 4th last person dosen't reply with anything, that 4th person can then make a ticket for ninja looting and bann him for ninja looting, EVERY single person must agree.
