Hi all. I plan to do some testing with a training dummy tomorrow, but I figured I'd create this post before going to bed with the chance that someone knows the answer.
Is Glyph of Felguard currently working in Frostmourne S2? I've been looking at some guides that claim it doesn't work, but they are old guides.

yes it works.
But you could have easily tested.
Look at Felguard AP -> apply the glyph -> check the new AP's value to see if it has been increased by 20%

I could have done that yes, but I read that part of the bug was that the AP got increased in a visual manner only and didn't actually cause it to do more damage.

feel free to test on blackrock realm (it is instant lvl 80).
Make a warlock > pick the talents > buy the glyph > go to Blackrock Dummy area > test the damages
