WotLK Cant stay connected.

Hello, I am brand new to the server. Both me and my girl are starting brand new characters, and we are playing next to each other and my character logs in then after 10 seconds gets kicked off. However her character doesn't get disconnected. I have no idea why but It just disconnects me from the server, is there a limit to the amount of people on one connection or what could it be? If so can we get that limit lifted?? If we can't play together we wont play at all.

Additional information, shes got a Nvidia GFX card and I have an RX 580.

Update: Idk what it was but I disabled V-sync and compatibility with windows xp 2 and it seems to be running smooth.
